Archbee pricing plans

Archbee offers three pricing plans. Each comes with a free 14-day trial to test the tool before committing. There is no free plan.

You can pay monthly or annually, and paying for a year upfront gives you a 20% discount on all plans.

Growing plan ($50/mo)

The Growing plan starts at $50 per month and gives you access to the following:

• Unlimited readers
• Unlimited project spaces
• Public or private portals
• Custom domain and branding
• Custom Javascript
• Password protection

You get 10GB of storage for file uploads and an extra 1GB for each team member. The plan includes one year of revision history.

You get access for three team members, and you can purchase additional users for $4 per month (annually) or $5 per month (paid monthly).

In terms of integrations, you get embed integrations, GitHub, OpenAPI, Jira, and Slack. You get basic customization with brand colors, logos, and custom Javascript code.

Customer support options are few, as you can only use the Archbee documentation and chat or email customer support. Expect an answer within 24-36 hours.

Scaling plan ($200/mo)

The Scaling plan costs $200 per month, and you'll get everything from the Growing plan, plus a few extras:

• Complete branding control
• Review system
• Reusable content and variables
• Versioning and localization
• Advanced team access control
• Advanced reader access control

You get 20GB of storage for file uploads and an extra 2GB for each team member. The plan includes two years of revision history.

This plan also includes three members; additional ones cost $8/month/member (when paid annually) or $10/month/user (when paid monthly).

The integrations are the same as the Growing plan. You get some extra customization options, such as custom CSS, custom SEO settings, removing Archbee logos, custom headers, landing pages and footer HTML.

The customer support options are the same but you're guaranteed an answer within 24 hours.

Enterprise plan (custom)

The Enterprise plan has custom pricing so you need to get in touch to find out how much you're going to pay. You get everything from the previous plans, plus:

• All add-ons
• Advanced security options
• SAML
• Invoicing options
• Onboarding and training
• White glove migration
• Automated translations

You get 100GB of storage for file uploads, and an extra 10GB for each team member. The plan includes five years of revision history. Three members are included by default but you can add new ones at a cost.

You get all the previously included integrations with project management and similar tools, plus two important extras: Zendesk and Intercom.

Naturally, customer support options are better too: you're guaranteed a response within 12 hours from reaching out. You'll also be given a dedicated customer success manager, and a dedicated onboarding process.

The Startup program

Archbee offers a Startup program for up-and-coming companies that gives 50% off for the first two years.

However, to make sure only early-stage startups apply, you need to meet a few criteria to qualify:

• The startup was founded less than three years ago
• You have fewer than 20 employees
• You haven't raised more than 2 million USD
• You're not an existing Archbee customer

You just have to fill out the form and wait for someone from Archbee to get back to you.

Archbee add-ons

Unfortunately, some of the best platform's features come as paid add-ons with separate pricing details.

So, on top of the prices mentioned above, you can add some of the many add-ons for Archbee:

• AI Write Assist and AI Question Answering: GPT-4 powered AI documentation writer. Starts at $20 per month
• Questions and answers: the ability to add a Q&A section to your documentation portals so users can discuss among themselves. It can be combined with AI features. Costs $80 per month.
• Insights: advanced analytics including traffic, searches, AI questions and more. It costs $80 per month.
• App widget: embed your documentation platform directly in your app. Costs $80 per month in both plans.
• Public API access: self-explanatory. The cost is $80 per month.
• Print to PDF: print to PDF every time something is published, and include a link to the current PDF version of your documentation. Also costs $80 per month.
• Extra domains: exactly as it sounds - $10-100 per extra domain per month

All the add-ons are free in the most expensive Enterprise plan.
