Support

Answer faster,with context from everywhere

  1. Find the conversations that need you and put a draft reply in your composer. Nothing is sent until you say so.

  2. Ask how support is going, by team, channel or product area. Answers come from the same reports as your dashboards.

  3. Update help articles and add Q&A for your AI agent the day something ships.

Control

Control every tool,one by one

  1. Every action is its own tool, marked read, write or delete. In your AI client, allow it, ask before it runs, or switch it off.

  2. Keep replies, updates and deletes on ā€œaskā€, and check each one before it runs.

  3. An admin approves the client in the browser, with no API key to paste. Disconnect it in Settings at any time.

Frequently asked questions

Which AI tools does it work with?

Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and VS Code, and any other client that supports remote MCP servers. The setup guide has the steps for each.

What can it do?

Almost everything the Featurebase API can: 168 tools across the inbox, feedback, the help center, AI agent training data, changelogs, contacts and companies, reports and workspace settings.

Can I limit what it can do?

Yes. Each tool is separate and marked read, write or delete, so your AI client can allow it, ask before it runs, or turn it off.

Will it reply to customers on its own?

No. When you ask for a reply, it puts a draft in your composer that only you can see. It sends only when you tell it to.

Do I need an API key?

No. An admin signs in with OAuth in the browser and approves the client.

Can it reach billing?

No. The connection never reaches billing or other organizations. Disconnect a client in Settings → MCP, and its access stops at once.
