How it works

Set up in three steps

Settings → Integrations → Linear. Sign in with Linear and pick a default team.

From a request or a conversation, choose New issue or Link existing.

Sync rules update the request and notify every requester when the issue is done.

What you can do

New issue or link existing
From any request in the portal or the support inbox, create a Linear issue or link one that already exists.
Sync rules for issues and projects
Map Linear statuses to Featurebase statuses, by team and label. Rules run both ways.
Notify requesters
When a rule changes a request’s status, everyone who asked or voted gets an update.
Default team
Choose the Linear team new issues go to.
Linked in the inbox
Conversations show the linked Linear issue and its status next to the customer.
Delete action
Decide what happens to the request when a linked Linear issue is deleted.
