How it works
Set up in three steps

In Fathom, open Settings ā API Access.
- 02
Click Generate API key and copy it.
- 03
Paste it in Settings ā Integrations ā Fathom. New calls are reviewed and requests land in Triage.
What you can do
Featurebase + Fathom
- Requests from transcripts
Featurebase reads your Fathom transcripts and picks out feature requests and pain points.
- Triage, not auto-posting
Each request comes with the quote and the call. Link it to a post or create a new one.
- Which calls are covered
Use an admin's key. Featurebase can only see the calls that this person can see.
