How it works
Set up in three steps

In Fireflies, open Integrations ā Fireflies API.
- 02
Copy your API key.
- 03
Paste it in Settings ā Integrations ā Fireflies. New calls are reviewed and requests land in Triage.
What you can do
Featurebase + Fireflies
- Requests from transcripts
Featurebase reads your Fireflies transcripts and picks out feature requests and pain points.
- Triage, not auto-posting
Each request comes with the quote and the call. Link it to a post or create a new one.
- Which calls are covered
A regular admin key covers only the calls that admin can see. A Super Admin key (Fireflies Enterprise) covers the whole workspace.
