How it works
Set up in three steps
- 01
In the Granola desktop app, open Settings ā Connectors ā API keys.
- 02
Create a key with Personal notes and Public notes access and copy it.
- 03
Paste it in Settings ā Integrations ā Granola. New calls are reviewed and requests land in Triage.

- Requests from transcripts
Featurebase reads your Granola transcripts and picks out feature requests and pain points.
- Triage, not auto-posting
Each request comes with the quote and the call. Link it to a post or create a new one.
- Which calls are covered
Needs a Granola Business or Enterprise plan. A personal key covers the notes that person can see; a workspace admin can create a Workspace API key for shared notes.
